Lewa Safari Camp

The private Lewa Wildlife Conservancy is a pioneer in wildlife preservation and one of the most spectacular game-viewing destinations in Kenya. Lewa Safari Camp treats visitors to an exclusive and luxurious retreat while allowing them to join a renowned legacy of wildlife conservation.

The camp has the whole eastern half of the Conservancy to itself, giving guests a chance to enjoy an almost private game-viewing experience.

Each one of the 11 open and spacious Safari Tents is covered in thatch and consists of a main bedroom, en-suite bathroom, and a private verandah. The two Family tents share a verandah and come complete with double and twin beds. The main area has a simple and rustic atmosphere reminiscent of a colonial farmhouse inside which open fireplaces, wooden floors, and comfortable sofas are found.

Activities offered from camp: Game drives, guided bush walks, and horse or camel rides give guests the opportunity to witness the world’s largest population of the rare Grevy’s zebra, a healthy population of black rhino (which the conservancy protects), as well as elephant, buffalo, and resident predators.
